South Korean Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn and his Laotian counterpart Thongsing Thammavong hold talks with other government officials attending in Vientiane on Dec. 14, 2015. Hwang is in Laos to mark the 20th anniversary of diplomatic re-normalization of the two countries and to discuss enhancing bilateral relations.
